We have partnerships with DHL Express and many more shipping companies to make our deliveries as fast and smooth as possible.
You will always receive an automatic order confirmation once the order has been placed, as well as an email with delivery information once the package has been shipped. If you can't find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder or folders other than your primary inbox.
You can use the tracking number to monitor the route of your order using our tracking pages.
Your package will be delivered to your mailbox or door, if for some reason it is not possible to deliver your package, the package will be left at your nearest postal agent and you will be notified by email or text message.
We have a processing time of 1-3 days to quality check and package your goods before shipping.
After the quality check and packaging, your package will be sent by trackable delivery with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 working days.
Products that include a separate battery/powerbank require a more secure shipping method, which may result in a longer delivery time of up to 10-20 days.
Within Sweden there is no customs duty.
In order to offer the lowest possible prices, all products are shipped directly from the manufacturer in Asia. As an intermediary in this process, it is our job to ensure that the goods reach the customer in an efficient manner.

Orders will be processed in accordance with the terms of sale.
We cannot change the shipping address for orders already shipped.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If a product/shipment is damaged in transit, this must be reported to the freight company as soon as possible, normally via the delivery point/distributor. In the case of externally visible damage, this must be reported upon receipt, hidden damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Failure to report transport damage within this time forfeits the right to complain about the product, as it cannot be proven afterwards how the damage occurred.
